How do we get to the hotel? Is there a shuttle bus from the station?

Pickup service is available between Gora station and the hotel. Call us when you arrive at Gora Station.

You can also take a taxi from Gora Station to the hotel, which takes between five and seven minutes, and costs approximately 800 yen.

A free shuttle bus also is available between Odawara Station and the hotel. Please see the schedule on the ACCESS page.

Is there a parking lot? How large are the parking spaces? What are the parking fees?

Yes, we have a parking lot that can accommodate 46 cars, and it can be used by guests free of charge. Our parking lot includes a charger stand for electric and hybrid cars.

Why are staff uniforms casual?

We want our guests to relax, while in an environment that combines tradition and modernity, a key concept of our hotel. So, our staff provide peerless service dressed casually, often in jeans and sneakers.


Do I need to reserve an extra bed for my child?

You can share the bed in your guest room with a child under the age of 12 for no additional cost.

Rooms with twin beds can accommodate up to two children.
Rooms with double beds can accommodate one child.

Extra beds may not be shared.

How do you handle extra beds, baby cots, and fall prevention guards?

Baby cots and bed guards are available and can be used free of charge.
An extra bed can be provided for an additional charge of 8,000 yen per night.
If a room is reserved for three adults, the extra bed will be included in the fees.
Please contact us in advance for these services, as availability is limited and we may not be able to meet your request at short notice.

Can I reserve interconnecting rooms?

How late can I cancel my booking? How much is the cancellation fee?

Cancellation fees are as follows:

Same-day cancellation: 100% of the accommodation fee
Cancellation after 6:00pm the day before a booking: 100% of the accommodation fee

These fees may vary depending on the accommodation plan and day.
Please be sure to check the cancellation policy on the plan details page (next to the calendar) and the reservation procedure screen when you are booking your room.

Is it possible to arrange for a surprise for a birthday or anniversary?

We can prepare cakes, champagne, flower bouquets, and more, but please make us aware of your needs at least three days in advance.

Check-in may be arranged for any time after 3:00pm, with the latest check-in at 4:00am.
You can check out at any time before 11:00am.
We can arrange early check-in and late check-out for an additional fee.

No. Please arrange to meet in a public area.

Is it possible to reserve a specific room number? Can I request a room with specific view?

No. Rooms are assigned based on type and availability.
We would ask that you make all of your requests when making your reservation, but please note that we cannot guarantee you will be given the room you have requested as availability changes daily.

Are there any rooms that can accommodate three people?

Yes. The following rooms can accommodate three people:
• Deluxe Corner King
• Deluxe King Riverside

We will prepare an extra bed for the third person.

Is it possible to put the two beds in a Twin Room together?

Yes, for some room types.
We have several “Hollywood Twin” rooms available with beds placed side by side.

Is there a private room available?

Yes, we have a private room available groups of 16 people or more.

It is possible to come without a reservation, but we may not be able to accommodate you if it is full.
Therefore, we recommend that you make a reservation in advance.

Is it possible to make arrangements for birthdays?

Yes. Cakes and bouquets are available, with reservation required three days in advance. We can also provide message plates.
