The Tokaido Shinkansen (Bullet Train) is convenient for rapid transportation within a short time.
The ride from Tokyo Station to Odawara Station takes about 35 minutes (fare: 3,280 yen). From the West Gate of Odawara Station, you can take the Hotel Indigo Hakone Gora shuttle bus directly to the hotel.
For access from Shinjuku Station, the Odakyu Romance Car train is a popular mode of transport.
On this train, the trip to Odawara Station takes about 90 minutes. While riding, you can enjoy the sight of mountains and valleys whose scenic beauty changes with the season (fare: 1,910 yen).
You can also access the hotel by riding a regular bus (public transportation service). In this case, exit the bus at the Miyagino Bashi bus stop on the Hakone Tozan Bus line. From there, the hotel is a walk of only about 2 minutes away. (fare: 890 yen).

- Get off at Miyagino Bridge Bus Stop, and head up the road before Hakone Mountain Climbing Bus. ([Hakone Pizza & Dining “Tabiya”] is on your left.)
- Continue straight ahead and passing “Hanakotoba” confectionery shop on your left.
- Hotel Indigo Hakone Gora will be on your right. There’s a rickshaw decorated in front of the entrance.
Exit the Tomei Expressway at the Atsugi Interchange and take the Odawara-Atsugi Highway. Exit this highway at the Odawara-Nishi Interchange, take National Highway 1, and switch to National Highway 138 at Miyanoshita. Go straight along the Hayakawa River, and you will reach the hotel soon after passing Miyagino Bashi.

Departure from the West Gate of Odawara Station

- Exit the ticket gate of JR Tokaido Shinkansen (bullet train) Odawara Station.
- Go out to the west exit (turn left after exiting the ticket gate).
- Immediately head left after exiting the west exit.
- Continue straight ahead and turn right along the rotary.
- Cross the pedestrian crossing on the right just before the traffic lane.
- Cross the pedestrian crossing and immediately cross another pedestrian crossing on the right.
- After crossing the pedestrian crossing, proceed to the right (look for the Hojo Soun statue).
- The bus will stop on the sidewalk side. Please watch for and board the bus with the hotel logo.
* The color of the bus may change each time.
* If there are no issues with the traffic conditions, we will depart as scheduled. Please come to the bus stop about 5 minutes before the departure time.
Departure from the hotel

* Due to congestion during tourist seasons and various traffic conditions, departure and arrival times may not always be punctual.
* If you use the shuttle bus, it takes about 40 minutes from Odawara Station to the hotel.
* You must make a reservation to ride the shuttle bus from the hotel. If you plan to ride the bus, please inform the staff at the front desk in advance.
* You cannot make a reservation to ride the shuttle bus from Odawara. Please wait for the bus at the bus stop there before its scheduled time of departure.
* Please refrain from smoking, drinking, or eating on the bus.* The hotel is also accessible by bus (public transportation service) from Odawara Station.

We operate a shuttle service between Gora Station and the hotel upon request.

- Exit the ticket gate of Hakone Tozan Railway Gora Station.
- Upon exiting the ticket gate, proceed a few meters towards the exit.
- Go through between the small café and souvenir shop on the right-hand side towards the exit.
- Upon exiting the station, turn right and you will see an underground passage labeled “一般通路” (General Passage) in front of the post office. Please go through this underground passage.
- After passing through the underground passage, you will find restrooms on your right.
- Hotel private car will be parked in the space on your left and our staff will also welcome you.
* The colour of car will be either black or navy.
* The bus holds no more than four passengers.
* If you would like the bus to come to pick you up at Gora Station, please call the telephone number noted above when you arrive at that station.
* In the event of severe weather such as heavy rain or snow, please be aware that transfers may take longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
* There may be a change in the type of bus and maximum number of passengers, depending on the circumstances.
* Please note that, if the number of people who want to board the bus is higher than the maximum, priority will be placed on the order of the line-up and on those who are hotel guests.
