ABOUT THE HOTEL
Gora Station (on the Hakone Tozan Railway Line)
We operate a shuttle service between Gora Station and the hotel upon request.
Operating hours: 10:00〜18:00

Miyaginobashi (on the Hakone Tozan Bus Line)
Pickup service is available between Gora station and the hotel. Call us when you arrive at Gora Station.
*Please note that this service is only available from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Contact us for any further details about this service.
*In the event of severe weather such as heavy rain or snow, please be aware that transfers may take longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
You can also take a taxi from Gora Station to the hotel, which takes between five and seven minutes.
It is possible to call a taxi, but please be aware that it may take some time to arrange depending on road and usage conditions.
A free shuttle bus also is available between Odawara Station and the hotel. Please see the schedule on the ACCESS page.
Yes, we have a parking lot that can accommodate 46 cars, and it can be used by guests free of charge. Our parking lot includes a charger stand for electric and hybrid cars.
We want our guests to relax, while in an environment that combines tradition and modernity, a key concept of our hotel. So, our staff provide peerless service dressed casually, often in jeans and sneakers.
STAY
You can share the bed in your guest room with a child under the age of 12 for no additional cost.
Rooms with twin beds can accommodate up to two children.
Rooms with double beds can accommodate one child.
Extra beds may not be shared.
Baby cots and bed guards are available and can be used free of charge.
An extra bed can be provided for an additional charge of 8,000 yen per night.
If a room is reserved for three adults, the extra bed will be included in the fees.
Please contact us in advance for these services, as availability is limited and we may not be able to meet your request at short notice.

Cancellation fees are as follows:
Same-day cancellation: 100% of the accommodation fee
Cancellation after 6:00pm the day before a booking: 100% of the accommodation fee
These fees may vary depending on the accommodation plan and day.
Please be sure to check the cancellation policy on the plan details page (next to the calendar) and the reservation procedure screen when you are booking your room.
We can prepare cakes, champagne, flower bouquets, and more, but please make us aware of your needs at least three days in advance.

We would ask that you make all of your requests when making your reservation, but please note that we cannot guarantee you will be given the room you have requested as availability changes daily.
Yes. The following rooms can accommodate up to three guests per room:
• Deluxe Corner King
• Deluxe King Riverside
• Deluxe Twin Riverside
We will prepare an extra bed for the third person.
The following two types of rooms can accommodate four or more guests
・Suite Room “ZEN” 2 Bedroom Suite Private Hot Spring – up to four guests
・Junior Suite Room “YOSEGI” 1 King Suite Private Hot Spring – up to five guests
Please note that if staying with the maximum number of guests, two guests in the Junior Suite will use a hideaway bed, and one guest in the Suite Room will sleep on an extra futon set.
Yes, for some room types.
We have several “Hollywood Twin” rooms available with beds placed side by side.
Please inform the hotel staff that you would like the beds together when you make a reservation for the following room types:

Please note that availability for these rooms is limited and we may not be able to meet your request.

Yes, they are free to use for hotel guests.
Visitor fee: 1,500 yen (including tax)
Bathing wear/swimwear rental fee: 500 yen (including tax).
Swimwear is free of charge for a IHG® Rewards Club members.

Yes, we have a private room available groups of 16 people or more.
It is possible to come without a reservation, but we may not be able to accommodate you if it is full.
Therefore, we recommend that you make a reservation in advance.
Yes. Cakes and bouquets are available, with reservation required three days in advance. We can also provide message plates.

Please contact the restaurant in advance, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.
Yes. We have a parking lot that can accommodate 46 cars, and it includes a charger stand for hybrid and electric cars.
The restaurant and bar are both non-smoking.
There is no dress code. You can also wear Yukata in your room.
However, slippers in the room are not allowed.
Yes, for a fee of 5,000 yen (exclude taxes and service charge) per outside item of food and drink.
Children of any age can use the restaurant. Please contact the restaurant for more information.

Yes. There is one within a five minute walk from the hotel.
