– A dining credit of JPY 10,000 per room per night will be provided. It can be used for food and beverage at either Riverside Kitchen & Bar or Kanazawa Maimon Sushi Hakone Gora.
– The dining credit is valid at one participating restaurant only and cannot be shared or split between both venues.
– When dining at Riverside Kitchen & Bar, charges can be billed to your room.
– When dining at Kanazawa Maimon Sushi Hakone Gora, please present your dining voucher and settle the bill directly at the restaurant.
– No cash refund or change will be given for any unused balance of the dining credit.
– In-room dining and minibar purchases are not eligible for the dining credit.
**Regarding Accommodation for Children**
– One child (aged 0–12) can share a bed with an adult.
– If you require a baby crib (free) or an extra bed (¥8,000 per night), please contact the hotel in advance.
– Baby cribs are limited in number, so we kindly request that you contact the hotel as early as possible.
– For elementary school-aged children, meal costs are included in the child rate (for plans that include meals). Separate arrangements are required for extra bed usage.
– Meals for children sharing a bed can be ordered from the kids’ menu at an additional charge.
– Extra beds are not available in the Premier Suite and Hillside rooms.
